Our Commitment

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final‑sale items (e.g., clearance, gift cards) are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at velvorase@gamail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and return address (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7‑10 business days.

  • The refund will include the product price and any original shipping charges only if the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes for Shopify Setup:

  • Policies: Copy the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy into your Shopify admin under Settings > Policies.

  • Pages: Copy About Us and Contact Us into new pages under Online Store > Pages.

  • Replace all [Insert ...] placeholders with your actual business details (store name, address, etc.).

  • The email address velvorase@gamail.com is already used wherever needed.
