Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at velvorase@gamail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
